We suffered a nasty mould and odour problem to the ground floor of our house due to an undetected water leak. Tempest Restoration provided a fast and efficient service. Their Technician was very methodical identifying the leak and investigated extent of the damage. He took a lot of care and worked really hard to remove the mould. Our house was left spotlessly clean and completely odour free. We were very impressed by their commitment and expertise. I’ll be calling them to come and clean the rest of my carpets upstairs.

We would just like to let you know how so pleased we were with our bedroom and hallway carpet which you recently cleaned for us. The hall carpet had some marks on, you very kindly explained that due to not knowing what the marks were or how long they had been there, there was no certainty if they could be removed, however you would try your utmost to see if you could either lesson the appearance or indeed remove.
